Housing was still scarce in the late 50s, and so these multi-family houses or ones like them were built both in the towns and in the country. The kit contains all the parts you need to vary the design: with a balcony and basement entrance, just with a balcony or just with the basement entrance, or with neither. There are no limits to your imagination when it comes to designing a new estate.
